Ironman verdict

Black plateskirt is a free-to-play item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 2 monsters, 1 shop and 8 other sources for it.

The easiest way is to buy it from Ranael's Super Skirt Store in Al Kharid, at 1,920 coins each. The best rate is from Gangster: 8/256. It also comes from 8 other sources, such as Vampyre Juvinate and Liam. It is on the beginner clue scroll reward table, so every beginner clue you complete is a chance at it.

It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +21 stab defence and +20 slash defence. The shop that stocks it is in Al Kharid.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1,152 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 972 coins.
