The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Ranael's Super Skirt Store in Al Kharid, at 6,400 coins each. You can also make it with 86 Smithing from 3 × Adamantite bar at an anvil. Each one made gives 187.5 Smithing XP. The best rate is from Zombie (Tarn's Lair): 1/128. It also comes from 8 other sources, such as Reward Chest (The Gauntlet) and Simple lockbox.

The material you can buy or make: Adamantite bar (3 needed), made with 70 Smithing.

It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +33 stab defence and +31 slash defence. Shops stock it in 3 places, including Al Kharid, Prifddinas and Civitas illa Fortis.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 3,840 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 3,660 coins.
