Ironman verdict

Mushroom potato is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 4 monsters, 1 shop and 1 recipe for it.

You can make it yourself with 64 Cooking from Mushroom & onion and Potato with butter. Each one made gives 55 Cooking XP. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Wingman Skree (level 143), at 8/127, about one in 16 kills. The best rate is from Grotesque Guardians: 10/142, 4–6 at a time. The 3 monsters we list with a combat level range from level 143 to 159. It is also on offer at Chest (Theatre of Blood) for 1 point, not coins.

Materials you can buy or make: Mushroom & onion, made with 57 Cooking; Potato with butter, made with 39 Cooking.

Among the bosses we cover, Grotesque Guardians drops it.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 27 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 153 coins; only alch it to clear space.
