Each one made gives 20 Crafting XP. That is the lowest-level of its 3 recipes. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Thermonuclear smoke devil (level 301), at 2/107, about one in 54 kills. The best rate is from Phantom Muspah (level 741): 15/235, 89 (noted) at a time. The 2 monsters we list with a combat level range from level 301 to 741. 2 monsters drop it already noted, including Phantom Muspah and Thermonuclear smoke devil, which saves inventory space on a trip. It is a material in 30 recipes, for example Dorgesh-kaan sphere, Goblin village sphere and Observatory lens. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 179 coins; only alch it to clear space.
