Swampbark body

Swampbark body is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 recipe for it.

You can make it yourself with 48 Runecraft from Splitbark body and 500 × Nature rune at a nature altar. Each one made gives 25 Runecraft XP.

Materials you can buy or make: Splitbark body, made with no skill level; Nature rune (500 needed), sold at Magic Guild Store (Runes and Staves) for 180 coins.

It is worn in the body slot; its biggest bonuses are +48 crush defence and +44 slash defence.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 72,000 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 71,820 coins.
