Ironman verdict
Skills necklace is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 recipe for it.
You can make it yourself with 68 Magic from Dragon necklace, Cosmic rune, 15 × Earth rune and 15 × Water rune. Each one made gives 78 Magic XP.
Materials you can buy or make: Dragon necklace, made with 72 Crafting; Cosmic rune, sold at Lundail's Arena-side Rune Shop for 50 coins; Earth rune (15 needed), sold at Aubury's Rune Shop for 4 coins.
It is worn in the neck slot, with no positive combat bonuses.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 12,120 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 11,940 coins.
