Ironman verdict

Raw shrimps is a free-to-play item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 monster, 2 shops and 5 other sources for it.

The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Two Feet Charley's Fish Shop in Mos Le'Harmless, at 5 coins each. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Hermit crab (level 19), at 6/128, about one in 21 kills. It also comes from 5 other sources, such as Fishing Trawler and Bowl of fish.

It is a reward from Fishing Trawler. Shops stock it in 2 places, including Mos Le'Harmless and Port Piscarilius.

It is a material in 2 recipes: Burnt shrimp (1 Cooking) and Shrimps (1 Cooking). High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 3 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 177 coins; only alch it to clear space.
