Ironman verdict
Proselyte cuisse is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 shop for it.
The easiest way is to buy it from Proselyte Temple Knight Armoury in Falador Park, at 10,000 coins each.
It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +33 stab defence and +31 slash defence. The shop that stocks it is in Falador Park.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 6,000 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 5,820 coins.
