Ironman verdict
Initiate harness m is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 2 shops for it.
The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Initiate Temple Knight Armoury in Falador Park, at 20,000 coins each.
The shop that stocks it is in Falador Park.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 12,000 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 11,820 coins.
