Materials you can buy or make: Cosmic rune, sold at Lundail's Arena-side Rune Shop for 50 coins; Water rune, sold at Aubury's Rune Shop for 4 coins; Soft clay, made with no skill level.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 179 coins; only alch it to clear space.
