Ironman verdict

If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Forgotten Soul (level 20), at 1/128, about one in 128 kills. The best rate is from Ice troll runt (level 74): 10/128, 18–42 (noted) at a time. The 5 monsters we list with a combat level range from level 20 to 100. 4 monsters drop it already noted, including Ice troll grunt and Ice troll female, which saves inventory space on a trip. It also comes from 2 other sources, such as Baby impling and Baby impling jar.
