If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Chaos Fanatic (level 202), at 4/128, about one in 32 kills. That monster also has the best drop rate we list. The 3 monsters we list with a combat level range from level 202 to 276. 2 monsters drop it already noted, including Crazy archaeologist and Chaos Fanatic, which saves inventory space on a trip.
