Ironman verdict
Team cape i is a free-to-play item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 other source for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from easy clue scrolls. It is on the easy clue scroll reward table, so every easy clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is worn in the cape slot; its biggest bonuses are +2 ranged defence and +1 slash defence.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 30 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 150 coins; only alch it to clear space.
