It is a material in 2 recipes: Divine super defence potion(4) (70 Herblore) and Super combat potion(4) (90 Herblore). High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 198 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 18 coins.
