Ironman verdict

Spined body is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 monster and 1 recipe for it.

You can make it yourself, no skill level needed, from 3 × Dagannoth hide, Flattened hide and 10000 coins at a sigli the huntsman. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Dagannoth Supreme (level 303), at 1/128, about one in 128 kills.

It is worn in the body slot; its biggest bonuses are +45 crush defence and +40 stab defence. Among the bosses we cover, Dagannoth Supreme drops it.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 4,680 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 4,500 coins.
