Spiked boots

Spiked boots is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 recipe for it.

You can make it yourself, no skill level needed, from Climbing boots and Iron bar at a dunstan.

Materials you can buy or make: Climbing boots, sold at Tenzing for 12 coins; Iron bar, made with 15 Smithing.

It is worn in the feet slot; its biggest bonuses are +2 melee strength and +2 slash defence.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 18 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 162 coins; only alch it to clear space.
