Ironman verdict
Shayzien banner is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 other source for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from medium clue scrolls. It is on the medium clue scroll reward table, so every medium clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is worn in the one-handed weapons slot, attacking every 5 ticks; its biggest bonuses are +12 stab attack and +12 slash attack.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 42 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 138 coins; only alch it to clear space.
