Ironman verdict
Saradomin page 3 is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 5 other sources for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from 5 other sources, including hard clue scrolls, medium clue scrolls and easy clue scrolls. It is on the easy, medium, hard, elite and master clue scroll reward tables, so every clue of those tiers you complete is a chance at it.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 120 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 60 coins; only alch it to clear space.
