It is worn in the feet slot; its biggest bonuses are +14 crush defence and +13 slash defence.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 7,500 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 7,320 coins.
