Ironman verdict
Priest gown (bottom) is a free-to-play item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 2 shops for it.
The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Thessalia's Fine Clothes in Varrock, at 5 coins each. Across the 2 shops that take coins, the price runs from 5 to 6.
It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonus is +3 prayer. The shop that stocks it is in Varrock.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 3 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 177 coins; only alch it to clear space.
