Ironman verdict
Oak repair kit is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 recipe and 3 other sources for it.
You can make it yourself with 19 Construction from 2 × Oak plank, 10 × Iron nails and 5 × Swamp paste at a shipwrights' workbench. Each one made gives 90 Construction XP. It also comes from 3 other sources, such as Tiny port reward bag and Small port reward bag.
Materials you can buy or make: Oak plank (2 needed), made with no skill level; Iron nails (10 needed), sold at Leenz's General Supplies for 4 coins; Swamp paste (5 needed), sold at Razmire Builders Merchants for 31 coins.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 240 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 60 coins.
