It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +24 stab defence and +22 slash defence.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1,560 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 1,380 coins.
