It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from easy clue scrolls. It is on the easy clue scroll reward table, so every easy clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is worn in the head slot, with no positive combat bonuses.
It is a material in 1 recipe: Cavalier mask. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 24 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 156 coins; only alch it to clear space.
