It is worn in the body slot; its biggest bonuses are +32 ranged defence and +30 crush defence. The shop that stocks it is in Dorgesh-Kaan.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 600 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 420 coins.
