The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Miscellanian Clothes Shop in Miscellania Expansion, at 500 coins each. Across the 2 shops that take coins, the price runs from 500 to 650.

It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +2 slash defence and +2 crush defence. Shops stock it in 2 places, including Miscellania Expansion and Rellekka.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 300 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 120 coins.
