You can make it yourself with 1 Cooking from Raw shark. Each one made gives 2 Cooking XP. That is the lowest-level of its 3 recipes. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Blood-starved venator (level 246), at 3/131, about one in 44 kills. That monster also has the best drop rate we list. It also comes from 4 other sources, such as Raw jumbo squid and Medium port reward bag.

The material you can buy or make: Raw shark, sold at Frankie's Fishing Emporium for 170 coins.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 179 coins; only alch it to clear space.
