Ironman verdict

Ensouled dragon head is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 8 monsters and 1 recipe for it.

You can make it yourself, no skill level needed, from Kbd heads. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Green dragon (level 79), at 1/35, about one in 35 kills. The best rate is from Lava dragon (level 252): 1/18. The 8 monsters we list with a combat level range from level 79 to 318.

No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 390 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 210 coins.
