Ironman verdict
Dual sai is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 other source for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from hard clue scrolls. It is on the hard clue scroll reward table, so every hard clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is worn in the two-handed weapons slot, attacking every 5 ticks; its biggest bonuses are +14 melee strength and +11 stab attack.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 3,600 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 3,420 coins.
