Ironman verdict
Dragon scimitar ornament kit is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 other source for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from elite clue scrolls. It is on the elite clue scroll reward table, so every elite clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is a material in 1 recipe: Dragon scimitar (or). High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 3,000 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 2,820 coins.
