Ironman verdict
Disk of Returning is a free-to-play item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 shop for it.
The easiest way is to buy it from Diango's Toy Store in Draynor Village, at 21,000 coins each.
The shop that stocks it is in Draynor Village.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 72 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 108 coins; only alch it to clear space.
