Ironman verdict

The easiest way is to buy it: the cheapest of the shops that stock it is Hickton's Archery Emporium in Catherby, at 1 coins each. You can also make it with 9 Fletching from 10 × Bronze bolts (unf) and 10 × Feather. Each one made gives 5 Fletching XP. That is the lowest-level of its 3 recipes. If you would rather kill for it, the lowest-level monster that drops it is Man (level 2), at 22/128, about one in 6 kills. The best rate is from Mugger (level 6): 27/128, 2–12 at a time.
