Ironman verdict
Blue Moon tassets is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 other source for it.
It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from Lunar Chest.
It is worn in the legs slot; its biggest bonuses are +32 magic defence and +23 crush defence.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 173,946 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 173,766 coins.
