Ironman verdict
Bandit's brew is a members item. Other players trade it, but an Ironman cannot use the Grand Exchange or trade, so you get your own. We list 1 shop for it.
The easiest way is to buy it from The Big Heist Lodge in Bandit Camp, at 650 coins each.
The shop that stocks it is in Bandit Camp.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 300 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 120 coins.
