You can make it yourself with 49 Cooking from 2 × Bucket of water, 2 × Barley malt, Oak roots, Ale yeast and 2 × Calquat keg at a brewery. Each one made gives 413 Cooking XP.
Materials you can buy or make: Bucket of water (2 needed), sold at The Lighthouse Store for 6 coins; Barley malt (2 needed), made with 1 Cooking; Ale yeast, sold at Blandebir for 25 coins.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 1 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch loses about 179 coins; only alch it to clear space.
