It does not drop from monsters and no shop stocks it. It comes from 2 other sources, including master clue scrolls and The Mimic. It is on the master clue scroll reward table, so every master clue you complete is a chance at it.
It is worn in the cape slot; its biggest bonuses are +3 prayer and +3 stab defence.
No recipe in our data uses it as a material. High Alchemy (55 Magic) turns one into 120,000 coins. Each cast uses a nature rune, 180 coins from a rune shop, and five fire runes that a fire staff replaces, so an alch nets about 119,820 coins.
